9. _________Renewable Energy Project. Small Solar Energy systems to provide electricity for rural schools for primary grades and evening adult education classes. The units cost $800 each.
10._________Sun Oven Project. Solar Ovens to initiate
micro-enterprises i.e. bakeries for the rural communities. People walk a
total of 4-5 hours each day just to buy bread! These solar powered
miracles with propane backup systems, will cook large quantities of food,
sterilze hundreds of liters of water and medical instruments. By using the
non-polluting energy of the sun, further deforestation will be prevented and
irreparable ecological destruction halted.
11. ________Arnault Church Building Project. The church at Arnault worships with blankets and sheets as walls. We need $25,000 to build this church! We own the land, but need money for construction costs.
