Because of the nature of our products, we will gladly discuss our return policy of each category on our website.  Ready-made in stock items can generally be returned  for a full refund (less shipping) if you are not satisfied for any reason as stated under "Acceptable Returns".

Custom/Personalized Orders

Because many of our products are custom made and personalized, we are unable to accept returned of personalized items due to a fault that is not our own, such as misspelled words that were submitted to us.  Customers are responsible for submitting correct information for imprinted items.

We reserve the right to remedy problems associated with materials  such as adhesives, fasteners, etc. used in the manufacture of custom handmade items. We will either correct the problem or send a comparable item to replace it. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund the price of the item upon its return under our return policy.

Custom-made orders for clergy stoles are not refundable unless the item is defective in workmanship and/or material.  Each client will be required to sign and authorize the manufacture of the custom item on the design sheet prior to starting the manufacture of the item.  The care and maintenance of the item  will be included in each order.  

Collectibles

Collectibles are not returnable or refundable.  They are sold as "as is" .  We make every  honest endeavor to describe the product or item fully, and to present a clear photo showing and listing any obvious defects.  Collectibles are not new, but are items that have been collected from various sources.  We do not offer any guarantee or certifiable appraisal or value for any item as being authentic or original.  We offer our description based on information found in collectible resources or by inscriptions found on the items or other identifying attributes .

Handmade Soaps

We want our customers to be happy with our soap products. All ingredients are clearly identified and bars  are labeled.  You are responsible for reading the label to be sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed. For example, we use all food grade ingredients in our cold processed soaps, and some may have allergic reaction to specific foods such as wheat, chocolate, etc.  We will gladly refund the purchase price, but cannot be responsible for any medical charges as a result of an allergic reaction to any listed ingredient. If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be given.

Acceptable Returns

Item must be returned within 30 days of its receipt to the customer.  To ensure that the order is returned, we suggest that you use a shipping method that has a tracking number for confirmation of delivery to us.  Item must be returned in unopened or unused conditioned.  You will be notified via email when your return has been received and a refund has been initiated back to your account.

Items Damaged In Shipment or Missing In Order

If possible, the item will be replaced. Original designs may not be possible to replace with an identical item.  You may request a full refund or accept a comparable exchange if you prefer.
