Villa GuyAnn is a
privately owned villa among a community of like buildings,
attractively landscaped at the edge of the sparkling Caribbean
Sea. Some of the other villas are owned or managed by
SUNFLOWER VILLAS RESORT or CARIBBEAN VILLAGE. Villa
GuyAnn is managed independently by the owners. .

Create exotic Jamaican dishes and tropical drinks 
in your own fully equipped
kitchen. There's a large, well-stocked supermarket
within five minutes strolling distance. Or perhaps you'd
prefer the optional services of a cook available for a nominal
charge and arranged directly with the cook.
The three bedroom villa is completely
furnished and air-conditioned with the state of the art
whisper-quiet, remote controlled units in each bedroom and in
the living/dining area. Or, if you prefer, each room is
equipped with large ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its
own full bathroom.
Spend quiet moments on the balcony of the
second floor huge master bedroom! Watch the waves
lapping against the shore the and the gentle breezes in the
tropical trees and plants. Or, look in the other
direction and view the awesome mountain range in the distance.
Villas look expensive, how are they affordable?
Most people do not realize that a luxury villa vacation is
within their reach. For example a villa
might be listed for $240 a
night but that is for the entire villa (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) so
the cost is divided between the numbers of people that the
villa allows to stay there- in the case of a 2 bedroom that
cost would be divided by 4 people equally- costing only $60.00
a day per person. The Villas may
offer a
variety of
experiences
such as of private
pools, lawns and gardens, private beaches , privileges
to golf courses,
beach resorts
or other creative amenities!
It has the comforts of staying in
your own home- but with palm trees and the ocean outside your
door.
At
GuyAnn, it
is less than what a hotel
would cost.
Another
of the resort areas lining the north coast, Runaway Bay is
home to lots of hotels but does not feel overrun by tourists.
The primary travel attraction is Runaway Caves and Green
Grotto. Miles of passages in these caves are said to have
served as hideouts for pirates, runaway slaves and the Spanish
colonists who were being pursued by the English after the
British invasion of the island. The caverns have extraordinary
stalactites and stalagmites. At the eerie Green Grotto, you
can take a boat trip across a deep underground pool. You can
also go rafting down the Martha Brae River or tour the Blue
Mountains. There are also excellent golf, polo and
horseback-riding facilities nearby. 66 mi/106 km northwest of
Kingston
GOLF:
The championship Course and Golf school at Runaway Bay is
internationally known. Inquire for green fees etc. (It is not
inexpensive!)

save a considerable amount on your airfare.

FLY INTO MONTEGO BAY. NEVER FLY INTO KINGSTON!
AIRPORT
TRANSFERS: 
Taxis are always available at the
Montego Bay Airport for about $60 US. We recommend JUTA buses
which are also
always available. Inquire for rates per person. (Approx.
$25US). They stop at other hotels on route. Montego Bay is about a 1
1/4 hour drive from Runaway Bay.
Car Rental 
Arrangements can be made for
car rental from the airport (which is not recommended).
Stay on the side of caution and safety and leave the driving
to a professional bus or taxi driver. Pickup
from the airport to the villa can be prearranged with one of
Jamaica's top rental car companies.
Sightseeing 
is so much
a part of your

cook who will prepare authentic Jamaican cuisine that you will
not soon forget right in the villa's kitchen! Mr. King
is known for his jerked chicken, pork, roasted corn and
more! And, then there's Le Papillon
Restaurant? 
It's the best kept secret in Jamaica and
extremely reasonable, too! 
The owner, an international
chef, really piles in on. Don't ask for the large order
unless you are sure you can handle it!
Now, Ms. Carol is the rice and peas expert!
And she really loads your plate with this delectable Jamaican
dish.
Pure Jamaican
deliciousness. 
You just can't come to Jamaica and leave without experiencing
rice and peas and fried dumpling (also know as johnny cakes). We were spoiled
my Mrs. Violet Black who years ago cooked for us. She is
now retired. Try that with ackee and saltfish, fried plantain
and the rest is history! (and added pounds, too.)
The service is friendly and
warm
and the staff aims to please you! Or, if you prefer, American, Italian and
Chinese-Style are available, too. If you don't feel like
going across the road to the restaurant...just call ahead and
they'll deliver your dinner to you. They'll even cater
special events for you (birthday, anniversary, etc.) right in
the villa if you prefer.
Now, after dinner, you may prefer
entertainment in the comfort of the villa. Why not,
you're on vacation! We have engaged the services of one of
Jamaica's poet laureates, historian, local folklore
storyteller and philosopher extraordinaire! 
You will
literally stretch out in the floor in laughter listening and
engaging in conversation with the one and only Bro. Claude
Dixon as he expounds on everything from local folklore
to world politics! It will be an evening that you'll
never forget!
Our guest swim
in a private outdoor pool a few steps away from the
villa. With our preferred and licensed drivers, play golf at the nearby golf course, play
tennis, go horseback riding, climb the falls at the famous
Dunn's River Fall...just knock yourself out in the sun.
There's so much to do...and so much to see, too!
Villa GuyAnn is just a short bus ride from in the heart of the
tourist center in Ocho Rios Or, stop at the bustling
city of St. Ann and shop. In Ocho Rios, there are hundreds of crafters in the Jamaica
Craft Market and many more in-bond shops in the tropical
mall.! You can buy everything from A to Z, from trinkets to
24K gold jewelry in the shops There's Khus Khus, the world
famous tropical fragrance sitting alongside couture fragrances
from Paris, Rome and London.
Shop 'til you drop perusing the market. I
dare you to try to pass up the beautiful handmade baskets,
carvings and wonderful wooden housewares! There's pottery and hand painted accessories, clothing and housewares with gorgeous
cutwork...the list goes on and on! Ask for our special vendor
and get a good discount. Just tell her "the Fishers"
sent ya!
There are several supermarkets minutes from
the villa. You will find a secured, glass enclosed ATM
machine in the mini shopping area. Plenty of other shops
and services within minutes of the door and/or just across the
main road. Major credit cards are accepted at the supermarkets
and shops.
